Tracking My Training
So being a product manager I am a bit of a data geek and love to track my training year over year. With any luck this should help track how my training in 2022 compares to 2021 in terms of mileage and some of my high level focuses as the year progresses. For some starting point in 2021 my totals were:
SWIM – 336.9 miles
BIKE – 8916.3 miles
RUN – 1970.8 miles
Training Plan/Updates
January, 2022 – The plan for this month is to really continue the focus I have had since Thanksgiving – Swim Swim Swim. I recognize this is my weakness and with the winter month and cold weather now is the perfect time to focus on it. Specifically been heavily form focus as well as adding in more swim focus core and weight training. In addition I will be ramping up my running mileage with Boston looming only 15 weeks away and the goal of breaking my marathon PR!
